If this is going to be a Christian nation that doesn’t help the poor, either we’ve got to pretend that Jesus was just as selfish as we are or we’ve got to acknowledge he commanded us to love the poor and serve the needy without condition and then admit that we just don’t want to do it.

Almost “cooked!” Looking good Mama! Can I make a few dietary suggestions for the pre-e? Eat more protein a really good, cheap source is eggs. Hard boil some and have them on hand. Add salt to taste. Sea salt is even better if you can. Eat at the very bare minimum, one of these per day… blueberries, watermelon, spinach, cucumbers. I was having some of the very same issues while pregnant with Walter and I followed this and within four days felt better. I also ate like this until the end of the pregnancy. And no I’m not a doctor but I solidly believe that more doctors should know about the utmost important role nutrition plays in our lives.
