1.  Fresh ripe fruit

2.  Chocolate

3.  Warm clothes fresh from the dryer on a cold day

4.  A child snuggled in the crook of your arm as you read to them

5.  Gentle kisses, prolonged hugs, holding hands, and unexpected back, shoulder, or foot massages.
